Outdoor School!

Just a reminder that Monday (9/18/06) will be a normal day of school before we head down to Camp Magruder for Outdoor School. Remember that the time to drop off your student's gear is Monday evening between 6:00-7:00pm in the cafeteria. We recommend enclosing all bags in a plastic bag. Make sure to mark all belongings with your student's name.

Remember that if you are not going to Outdoor School there will be no school from Tuesday through Friday, so please stay home. I will have some work for you to work on during the week that I will assign on Monday.

First Day!

Well the first day has come and gone and I'm excited about the year ahead! I think we're all glad to have the "Day that Mr. Rickard talks forever" behind us.

I have updated the homework for this week--keep in mind that with the short week your homework is sill due on Thursday.

Finally, please do not forget that there will be an opportunity to have your outdoor school questions answered after school tomorrow (Wednesday, 9/6). We will be meeting in Mrs. Miles' room at 2:30 and again at 6:00. You are welcome to either session. I hope to see you there! :) Mr. R

Today is the day!

Today (Tuesday, August 29th) is the day that class lists are posted. So you can finally find out whose class you will be in this year. Hopefully you are in either Busenbark's, Miles', or my class, if not, you are probably not in sixth grade. See you all next week!
